Bitter with the Swede

This is Temple of Tomorrow, a project I did with Paul Edwards, the guitarist from Black Dahlia and The Zealots. Our eponymous album, Temple of Tomorrow is available on Apple Music and is a mixture of rock, electronic music and various other genres such as jazz, folk, reggae, hiphop, etc. Here are the music videos we made for a single, Jet Propelled, and some of the songs from the album.

For the Jet Propelled video, the kid we hired had no experience, but he did a great job and was a lot of fun to work with. The DJ/Spaceboss was played by Paul’s son. The Time Machine and Robot costume were built by Paul and his son. (Names are left out because of their ages at the time and parental preference.)

Blue contains original spoken word by Camae Defstar of Moor Mother. She also rapped on another song from the album, Chameleon. Blue is also the only video that I appear in.

Children of the Sun is our spin on a great song by Aussie rocker, Billy Thorpe.

Space Lullaby is actually in a couple different modes and there is a key change in the 3rd verse. It just felt right.

Falling Through Time contains some groundbreaking effects courtesy of Paul. Like when the sky splinters apart about 1:35 into it. Kudos Paul!
